Which TRX Class Is Best For Me?

TRX_Basic

TRX Basic: New to the TRX and just getting started? Start with this simple TRX workout as you increase total-body flexibility, promote mobility and stability and develop core strength. This class focuses on technique, flexibility, balance, and strength by developing basic foundational exercises through easy to follow progressions.

New users are encourage to attend this session

TRX_Circuit

TRX Circuit: Ready to challenge your workouts with high intensity,powerful movements at faster tempos? This class has 30 second timed interval sets combining TRX and cardio drills. Guaranteed to keep your heart rate pumping and burning mega calories while you're engaged in intense body conditioning.

All levels welcome.

Duration: 60 minutes

TRX Body Blast: Engage all your muscles with this non-stop TRX workout. Build overall strength, balance and flexibility with this total-body conditioning program. We set the reps, you set the intensity. All Core All The Time!

TRX Metabolic Burn: Need to break-up your long workday? Try this no-nonsense, intense 50 minute workout! This is a great addition to the TRX Class schedule for those of you who have time constraints or need to first build up your stamina. This non-stop format is designed to give you the biggest bang for your buck! We don't mess around here, you will learn TRX form as you put it to intense TRX function.

All levels welcome.

Duration: 50 minutes

TRX Advanced: Improve your performance and take your training to the next level. This class moves you through 60 second stations combining The TRX with Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Jump Ropes and The Rip Trainer! If you are ready to step up your workouts, TRX Advanced is Hard Core...Get ready to sweat!

Intermediate and Advanced welcome.

TRX Power Stretch: Need to work on flexibility or recovering from an injury? This suspension training program focuses on using the TRX to help deepen stretches in very common tight spots such as the chest, shoulders, back and hips.

All levels welcome!

Duration: 60 minutes

TRX Flow Mobility: This is a yoga-inspired workout designed to increase your functional range of motion, release muscle tension in targeted areas (ankles, hips shoulders, etc), and perfect your breathwork. This relaxing TRX Class is the perfect compliment to the popular and intense TRX Circuit which can help you get that performance edge.
