Before we get started I will need to understand your individual needs and goals. In order to do this, you will need to schedule a complimentary 1 hour consultation with me.

This consultation is a necessary step in designing your Personal Training Program so that I can begin to know you by establishing a baseline of your fitness level. This is done through the use of a Medical History Questionnaire, a Lifestyle Questionnaire, Setting Goals and a Physical Assessment.
